With the exception of Gordon Road and Indian Hill Lane, City Ordinance No. 94-4 provides for one permanent decal per each car registered to your Laguna Hills residential address and four annual guest passes.  In order to send these to you, please provided the information requested below and upload a copy of your vehicles current registration.
